Case Study Overview
Black Flower Agency partnered with American Express to create an exclusive hospitality-driven dining experience for Seattle-based American Express Business Card Members at Communion R&B. The event was designed to deliver a premium, immersive evening that blended elevated dining, interactive culinary storytelling, networking, and cultural connection within one of Seattle’s most celebrated restaurant spaces.
As the Event Management Lead for Communion R&B, I oversaw the planning, operational coordination, guest experience, and on-site execution of the event. My role focused on ensuring seamless communication between agency partners, culinary teams, service staff, and client stakeholders while maintaining an elevated hospitality experience reflective of both the Communion R&B brand and American Express standards.
The event transformed a traditional private dinner into a highly curated experiential activation rooted in storytelling, community, and guest engagement.
